Cancellation Policy:
Technicians at White Ginger strive to provide you with quality and prompt service. As a courtesy to them, we request that you make any cancellations 24-hours before your scheduled nail or waxing services or 48-hours before any facial or eyelash services. No shows and late cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) booked.
Late Policy:
Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule
is adhered to. Therefore, your punctuality is greatly appreciated. If you arrive late your treatment time will either be adjusted accordingly to avoid delays with the next scheduled spa guest or cancelled without notice if there is no way we can accommodate you. If your appointment is cancelled because of lateness, we will charge you a 50% cancellation fee.
